Recommended Configuration Checklist
1. Prompter Window Width
Set your teleprompter window width between 350px and 450px. Keeping the text column narrow minimizes horizontal eye movement, ensuring eyes stay centered near the webcam.
2. Font Size & Line Height
Use a clean sans-serif font (Inter or system UI) at 18px–22px font size with 1.6 line height. Large text prevents eye strain and allows comfortable reading from 2–3 feet away.
3. Opacity & Background Contrast
Set window background opacity to 80–90% black with crisp white text. This provides high legibility over bright video call interfaces without completely blocking your view of meeting participants.
4. Speech-Matched Speed & Voice Auto-Pause
Average speech pace is 130–150 words per minute. Enable Voice-Aware Auto-Pause in Glance so the prompter pauses whenever you stop speaking to take questions or listen.
