Glance is provided to you as a one-time purchase. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your personal devices.
We own the intellectual property rights to Glance. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the software, except as permitted by law.
Glance is designed to be a local-only tool. We do not store your data on our servers. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own scripts and data.
Payments for Glance are processed via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.
Glance is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are an EU or UK consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
Glance is operated by Glance team, based in the United Kingdom.
