Made for video calls

Most teleprompter apps are built for recording. Glance is built for the moment that matters: the live call.

Notes that don’t look like notes

On a video call, the camera punishes one thing: looking down.

Glance keeps your cues close to the webcam so you can stay present while you speak.

How it works

  1. Paste your script or drop a Markdown file
  2. Glance appears as a topmost overlay near your camera
  3. Control delivery in real time — speed, size, opacity range, voice-aware auto-pause, and section jumps

You stay on message. Your eyes stay forward.

Built-in controls for real conversations

Live calls aren’t linear. Someone interrupts. A question changes the order. You need to jump.

Privacy-first by design

Glance is designed for private notes. It runs locally, and after a one-time license activation on this device it can keep working offline.

FAQ

Is Glance visible to other people on the call?

No. Glance is an overlay on your device. It does not appear in your camera feed.

Does Glance work with Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet?

Yes. Glance sits above any app, so it works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and more.

Does Glance show up in screen recordings or screen sharing?

Glance does not insert itself into your camera feed. If you record or share your screen, what appears depends on what you choose to share and your system settings.

Does Glance record my script, camera, or audio?

Never. Glance has no recording capabilities.

Can I change scroll speed and font size while I’m speaking?

Yes. You can adjust speed and font size on the fly.

Can Glance auto-pause when I stop speaking?

Yes. Turn on Auto-Pause with Voice and Glance will pause after a short silence delay, then resume when you start speaking again. Audio is analysed locally on your device and never recorded.

Do I need an account?

No account required.

Is my script stored in the cloud?

No. Your scripts stay on your device.

Does it work offline?

Yes. After a one-time internet connection to activate your license on this device, Glance can keep working offline.

Is there a Windows version?

Yes — macOS and Windows are both supported.
